You are bidding on a probably, 1950's, Vintage RCA Victor 45 RPM Record Turn table Changer Model 45-J-2. 10x7.25x 4" (base) . This is a changer only. T is no pre-amp, the RCA phono plug (a replacement) comes directly off the cartridge. I've played it and although I didn't have a preamp, it did play. It hummed in the amp, so I could have the polarity of the AC plug wrong, but just grounding the unit to the amp chassis eliminated the AC ground loop hum. Cosmetically it's excellent. Only the usual needle scratch. W it has a problem is changing the records. it plays, but it's slows to a stop when trying to do changes and has to be helped. I'll bet you all could fix it easily.
