RC A V ic to r C ol or Te le vi si on CTC5 "L iv in g C ol or " Up for auction is a true surviving piece of Electronic history. This is the RCA VICTOR CTC5 color television fresh from a Large Kansas City Mo mansion. This set was in a home off Ward Parkway in an exclusive neighborhood with large beautiful old homes and is one of the premier neighborhoods in the Kansas City area. This particular home had not been lived in since the early 1970's and the home was just used to teach piano lessons through the years. This television was found sitting in it's exact location w it was placed t back in the mid 1950's. Often times these sets are in basement's or garages and are in rough shape. This set is in near mint condition and is 100% complete and original!! The set is called "The LOCKHAVEN" super and the model # is 21 ct 878. The set is equipped with the 21AXP22a picture tube in perfect shape. The tube is nice and bright and t is no mold growth on the picture tube!!! The wood grain on the cabinet is also near mint with only one minor scuff mark on the left side on the cabinet and that is very small and minor. The audio on the set works perfect and all three stations in the KC area came in loud and clear on the set.
