Vintage RCA Victor green tube radio model 2-XF-933 "The Townley" AM FM 1950s

This is another radio from our parents' estate collection, and was manufactured in 1952. The pretty green cabinet has some darker spots in the color which makes for an interesting color. There are several light surface scratches on the top, but I believe they will buff out (see the last pic). It was difficult to get a photo of them, but they are there. The On/off switch The plastic dial covers are also missing on both sides. The brass grill has a worn spot on the center left-near the AM dial (see pic). The FM dial looks to have a spot of glue (?) on the top left corner--it is clear and not very noticeable. This one was stored in a waterproof shed and I don't believe he ever got around to working on it. I DO NOT test these radios because I do not have the equipment or knowledge so I must sell all tube radios AS IS. Please ask any questions BEFORE you bid, as I am unable to accept returns because of the estate situation, however, if I make a mistake, I will always be fair. Thanks for looking!! Since I have had several people question why I just don't plug them in--HERE IS THE REASON: I have been told by several sources that you need to bring old tubes up slowly using a Variarc or you could damage the radio and blow capacitors.
