RCA Victor Victrola 3 Speed,Single Play Portable Phonograph Model 6-EMP-1. This record player plays 33 RPM, 45 RPM and 78 RPM records! This is Original as purchased, complete with owner's pamphlet, RCA Victor manufacturer's certificate certifying it as being a "Golden Throat" design, for superior sound reproduction, and protective packing side cover for the felt covered platter. Beautiful green alligator finish on the cabinet with a striking and contrasting striped vinyl covering to compliment it! Plays as good as it looks and it still smells new! This is museum quality and totally as delivered in 1955. The grille cloth is like it new, just as it was in 1955, awesome! The brass clasps are still shiny and work as new. The handle looks like new too! On a scale from 1 - 100, this is a 99.5! And that is because it is not in the original box! If you want the absolute original and best that's out t, don't let this one get away! I take my record players seriously, as well as my records. This has been in my personal collection on display in my museum for years and was aquired from the original owner that bought it new. Why pay over $150.00 for one of those "repro" record players, when you can have the real thing? Please bid with confidence and do check my feedback.
