Vintage Redman Picnic or Craft Basket Metal handles; Diamond Pattern WickerMade in Peru, Indiana, USA in the 1950s; Measures approx. 18" x 12" x 10" Pre-owned and gently used , all wicker is nice and tight. Hinges in good shape with minor surface rust. Metal handles have spotty surface rust and paint scuffs but this could be refinished easily. Wooden frame and base in great shape. Diamond pattern hardboard lid has dust in rcessed places and minor water spotting. I suspect that this spent many years in an attic. Very nice and usable for picnics, yarn knitting or sewing, to store reading material in the bathroom, or any other use for a nice basket. Priced to sell. Please see pictures for details. This will ship well protected in a sturdy box with plenty of bubble wrap rate based on destination and choice of mailing method. We are VERY willing to combine shipping.
