This auction is for a vintage 1970's Regal Ware "Poly Perk" 4 to 8 cup electric Automatic Percolator plastic coffee maker in great used condition. Quality-built in the U SA , in Kewaskum, Wisconsin by Regal Ware...a trusted name for decades. This mid-70s coffeemaker is in a very pretty green....more of a dark sage than avocado, with a deep brown starburst design and base. It is in very good condition, with few signs of use. These great Poly Perks hold up nicely and are built to last. Basically, the only thing wrong with it is a bit of the paint on the starbursts has come off from cleaning. And as you can see in the close-up, t is a small stain of something (kind of looks like spaghetti sauce)....t are 2 or 3 of these on the pot, but they are pretty faint. I didn't even notice them until I got it under the bright light to photograph. These "flaws" really do nothing to detract from the great looks of this percolator. It works great, and brews some fantastic coffee. It's nice and clean, inside and out. Includes all original parts and cord. All are in good condition. Cord detaches so you can take the pot with you for an attractive carafe at the breakfast table, or keep it plugged in to keep the coffee nice and piping hot. Lightweight plastic design, this fully automatic percolator begins perking immediately once it's plugged in. Would be perfect for anyone needing a little smaller sized model. Plus, it will brew better coffee than any drip coffee maker on the market! Measures about 11" tall, and is about 8" wide (tip of spout to tip of handle).
