For auction is a vintage REMINGTON HOME PORTABLE TYPEWRITER made in London, England. The Model or manufacture date is not noted. This typewriter has been in one family for many years and appears to have been used very little evidenced by the condition of the paper roller(very smooth). There are no wear marks anywhere on the typewriter itself. If professionally cleaned and serviced this machine would be in near perfect condition. The case is a totally different story. It has small piece of the covering separating from the case and some corner wear due to packing, moving, etc. but the case could be restored to good condition with very little effort. The latch mechanism is working properly but the key to the lock is missing. Any questions will be answered to the best of my knowledge. Thanks for viewing.
