A lady without j ew el s is like a night without stars ... and I quote. Hey t!!! What's buzzin', cuzzin'? Cast an eyeball on this. It's guaranteed to razz your berries! Pre-sent-ing ... (drum roll) ... an unsigned Matisse copper and speckled green enamel necklace. Tah-dah! (applause) ... I love the design of this necklace! It's 1950's at it's best! It has an Art Deco design influence, but Matisse made jewelry from 1952-1964. Although unsigned, I do believe this to be made by Matisse. It most likely had matching earrings that were marked. The enamel has such lovely shades of green and is in great shape. T are a few, roughly pin head size chips, but nothing noticeable. You will undoubtedly look and feel most boss wearing this as you walk around on Cloud 9. Word from the bird is you'll actually be radioactive! I always buy pieces that, as a man, I enjoy seeing women wear. Timeless pieces for women of all ages. The necklace measures approximately 16" end to end and is 7/8" wide. The copper has a warm glowing patina, especially the components in between the enamel. It has a simple shepherd's hook clasp that can be used to adjust the length of the necklace. Overall vintage condition is excellent. Later, gator! ... Big Daddy ... In keeping with the spirit and fun of a true auction, this is being offered with NO RESERVE. Thanks for looking!
