You are buying: A vintage 'Melaware' Melamine Milk Jug From the early 1960s In GC Super retro shape. 'Tomato Red' colour inside & outside In good, clean used vintage condition No chips, cracks or staining. The glaze is a bit worn - no longer shiny all over Lightly scuffed all over from pre-use - mainly on the inside base 'Melaware' embossed on the underside of the Jug Melamine was a post-War invention - it's considered lightweight but robust. This combined with the Midcentury design, make these items ideal for VW's, Campers & Picnics At the point of listing I had other pieces of Melamine listed & I'm happy to post them together to save you P&P - please email me for combined costs Please email me before buying if you have any questions.
