My Dad bought an 8mm Revere movie camera and projector in the early '50s. I was growing up during that time and being a proud papa he took many reels of film. This projector wasn't used for over 40 years and just recently I found a box of those reels. I fired up this projector and it worked beautifully !!! Says a lot about the Revere products. Using movie cameras was an up and coming popular past time after the war. The Revere company started making this product in 1939 and was the 2nd largest manufacturer of small movie cameras by the early '50s. Since this projector was built to last forever, it has not only become a collector's item but also it can be a work horse for those still using 8mm film. This model has variable speed control, drive clutch on and off, fast rewind and a tracking knob. Included in this auction are: 9 medium size reels and cans 1 medium size take up reel 4 large size reels and cans 1 large take up reel power cord owner's manualThe owner's manual has seen some better days but the important pages, how to thread the film, is still readable. That is how I was able to view all the reels of film that I have. If you would like a complete owner's manual, please contact me and I will give you the link to a website that has all the pages for your viewing. Thank you for bidding and good luck.
