Up For Auction is this Vintage Medical and Nursing Equipment from about the 1950's. This collectible is a dark Red Rubber "Rexall Symbol" Fountain Syringe (open top bag) complete with its original attachments in its original presentation cardboard box. The box lid reads: "Rexall - Symbol - Fountain Syringe". The front panel of the box lid reads "Red - Two Quart - R-394 - Fountain Syringe - Distributed by Rexall Drug Company". The original price in grease pen is marked 2.75. The actual rubber bag has an embossed design in the middle - "Rexall SYMBOL". On the top of the bag back are the letters of the alphabet from A through L separated by X's. Below those letters is the number "56" perhaps indicating actual year of manufacturer plus the following: "Patented - 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-0 Rexall Drug Company - Made in U.S.A." The red rubber tubing measures about 5 feet in length, is very heavy gauged and ribbed on the exterior. The large metal clamp still has a tight secure grip, like new condition and no rust. The two black nozzles screw onto an attachment at the bottom of the tubing. The larger curved nozzle has indentations and a total of eight small openings; it measures over 5 1/2" long and 1/2" thick at the end. The shorter nozzle is about 3" long with one opening at the end.
