Up for auction is the vintage fire hydrant that says "Rich 45" and at the bottom of it, it states "175 WP" I know nothing about fire hydrants, but I bought this from a collector a long time ago and I have had this in my back yard for awhile amongst the landscape, and it has been a lot of fun. I am changing the landscape and it is time for this hydrant to move on. It was all red all the time that I have had it, but it has slowly come off and you can see it has been painted other colors before the red. All the caps screw on and off and the little chains are still t It is all t and will be a nice addition to your collection I am sure. I suspect that anyone who is associated with the Fire Department collect fire memorabilia, that this would make a great addition. I am sure that you can find a great color to paint it. This will be pick up only. I live in Southern California. I can use a dollie and bring it to your car, but that is abou it. It has got to be one of the heaviest things that you will lift, and I suspect it has to be that heavy to be able to take the water pressure that it has to hold.
