Item/Description: Antique-Vintage Black Rose Steamer Travel Luggage Wardrobe Magician's-style Trunk, which once belonged to a Nun Reverend (Reverand) Mother who was a Missionary in the country of Basutoland (now Lesotho) during the 1930s-1960s ***Interior of Trunk is lined in Blue-and-Gold Plaid Paper (hue of blue is actually deeper/darker in color than camera photo shows), and contains an upper undivided tray-style lift-out shelf layer, with borders of what appears to be wood, but a base that is thinner, like sturdy board paper but not quite wood or only very thin wood ***Closures Latches Clasps are Metal (? Brass), with two (2) leather handles (one on the longer side, one on one of the end sides so it can be handled-carried multiple ways). ***It is lockable, but does not come with the padlock needed to do so (locking fitting is marked "Long Lock") Age/Period: Antique/Vintage - ca Late-1800s to Mid-Century 1950s/1960s Manufacturer/Identification/Markings: Interior is marked Ã,Â"Rose Trunk Manufacturing Co, Brooklyn, New York - Sturdi LastÃ,Â" Material(s)/Format: Exterior is Metal; Interior consists of Paper-covered/lined Wood Size/Measurements: 31"L x 12"H x 17"Deep Quantity: One (1) Condition: Excellent albeit pre-owned, with interior blue and white gingham-print paper coloration remaining vivid and overall clean, evincing no odors,
