Item up for bid is a wonderful vintage oil on canvas painting depicting a gorgeous roses in a vase floral still life scene. This folk art piece is unsigned and is housed in what we feel to be it's original frame that has an old second paint job on it which shows some paint chipping giving it that shabby chic look. Canvas shows a couple of "dents" in the canvas but no holes or tears. There is some light paint wear around the highest rose on the right, under the left side of the highest rose on the left and on the stem on the center rose (all of this should be able to be seen in the provided photos). Frame could use a light cleaning as this was stored away for decades until being recently uncovered during an estate liquidation. Visible painting measures roughly 23.5" tall by roughly 19.5" wide. Entire display measures roughly 27.35" tall by roughly 23.25" wide. If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
