VINTAGE ROYAL DOULTON BUNNYKINS CASINO TEAPOT DESCRIPTION A superb vintage teapot from Royal Doulton in the highly collectable Bunnykins range. The teapot is the Art Deco Casino shape and features the HW19 design "Postman Delivering Letters", signed Barbara Vernon, with HW19R "Writing Letters" on the back. DATING FROM C. 1937-53 CONDITION The teapot is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, restoration or crazing. There is some minimal staining to the underside which can't be seen when it is standing on a flat surface. This could be in the glaze or as a result of the pourous (unglazed) base rim. SIZE It measures approx. 22cm (8.75") from handle to spout and 11.5cm (4.5") high. This is size 30 which is the medium size in the range. MAKERS MARKS All appropriately marked on the base.
