FOR AUCTION: are 6 complete 6 piece dinnerware settings of vintage, American Modern, Russel Wright dishes manufactured by Steubenville. They are glazed ceramic in Granite Gray and have been in my family for over 60 years. They were bought at Marshall Field & Company. One of my dinner plates still has the original tag and I will include this with the 6 place settings up for auction. Actually, I have 12 place settings, but at this time I am still using these for special occasions. Who would ever think that gray would look so elegant for tableware. They blend with just about every color tablecloth, silverware and other items. Each place setting has a 6 inch dessert plate, 8 inch lunch plate, 10 inch dinner plate, soup bowl with handle, a cup(not a full cup) and saucer. They are in excellent condition and the only thing I found was a small chip on the underside of one of the soup bowl handles and some rough edges on the bottom of the cups, but in no way does this detract from the appearance or usefulness of these pieces. T are 36 pieces and eventhough my auction will start low, I will have a reserve. Please see my photos annd email me if you have any questions.
