One to be added to any Sabatier collection for sure. These old Herb Shears are super cool. They are Carbon Steel and Super Sharp. One of my favorite features on these is that the blades are attached with a set screw so they can be removed for sharpening. The blades are 3.75 inches. 7.75 inches total.� Note: They are unmarked except for a J.P within a circle on one blade. years ago there was a water leak in the roof of the warehouse and there is some staining on the leather sheath as can be seen in the photo.
