Beautiful Sadler teapot, gift quality condition. A wreath of wild strawberries and strawberry blossoms with a blue/gray "greenery", combined with the pedestal based shape, gives this pot a classic quality. For a vintage item, it looks like it just came off the factory floor. No crazing, no cracks. No wear to the gold, even the finial of the teapot lid has no loss. Probably 50s or 60s manufacture. T is one tiny flea bite flake on the underside rim w the lid sits. The photo of the flake is greatly enlarged as can be seen by its relation to the size of the holes in the built in tea leaf strainer. Bid early, bid often and bid high! Simply e-mail me to arrange a time and place. Otherwise, shipping is by USPS parcel mail to minimize cost. I am willing to send with alternative shipping but that does change the shipping rates. On items that need bubble wrap for extra protection I charge a $1.50 handling charge to defray the cost of the packing materials. This item will be bubblewrapped to prevent breakage. Other than that you only pay the exact cost of shipping. I do ship worldwide but ask that you request an estimate before you bid. I will combine shipping when multiple items are purchased. Cost of insurance for items up to $50 is $1.35 and is optional on this item
