Kamotsuru Sake Bottle This beautifully hand painted empty sake bottle is 11 1/2" tall. Brick color kimono with dotted paint and shiny gold accents. The hair knot and decoration on top of the head lifts off to reveal the decanter opening. T is no cork, it just sits on top. The label on the back reads: The Japanese Refined "Kamotsuru" Sake ~ Brewed & Bottled by Kamotsuru Sake Brewing Co. LTD Hiroshima Japan ~ Imported by Imported Brands, Inc. New York, N.Y. U.S.A. Product of Japan and lists the alcohol content. The bottom marking reads: Hand Painted In Japan ~ Finest Japanese Porcelain ~ and a marking in the middle (see photo). T are no chips or breaks anyw I see some crazing on wrap along the back of her head.
