Vintage Sawyer's View-Master Stereoscope, Made in U.S.A. With 22 View-Master Original Reels This is an original, Sawyer's View-Master Stereoscope from Sawyer's Inc, Portland Oregon Litho in U.S.A. Clearly marked on the front of this View-Master below the viewer is Sawyer's View-Master Stereoscope U.S. Patent No. 2,189,285 as well as the Patent No.(s) for Canada No. 406893 and Britain No. 538492 and made In U.S.A. Portland-Ore. This can be seen in one of the photos posted in auction. This Sawyer View-Master Stereoscope looks to be made out of black Bakelite and is in very good condition no cracks, chips or scratches This vintage Sawyer View-Master Stereoscope and Reels would make an excellent addition to any View-Master Stereoscope Collection. This is a very old collectable item that is hard to find. It also comes with 22 original Reels, all in full Kodachrome and 10 of the reels include 8 page story booklets, they are as follows : Thumbelina, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Hansel and Gretal, Alice in Wonderland, Alladin and the Wonderful Lamp part one, The Adventures of Sam Sawyer, “Sam in the Land of Ice”, The Adventures of Sam Sawyer “Sam finds a Treasure” and A Bible Story “Jesus Answers the prayers of a Mother”.
