Upfor auction is a green AC Cobra Sports C78 in original box . This car was my uncle’s so I do not know much about it, other than it comes from a non-smoking household . After a little research, I believe everything is original – original decals, motor, tyres etc. The motor has not been tested but I see no reason why it wouldn’t work – it turns over. The car has obvious wear from use. Other than that, it is in fantastic condition for its age. It has, however, had some repairs done to its wiring . This is easily seen in the picture of its underneath. Some of the decals are pealing and there is a crack in its windscreen, too. The box is original to this car and has a label relating it to the car. The box is in reasonable condition for its age with slight tearing to both side of the clear plastic. The cardboard is in relatively good shape but has evidently been compressed at some stage, probably during storage. I am auctioning four other scalextric cars : a green Ford Mirage C15 ; a blue C2 Matra Jet ; a yellow Offenhauser ; and an orange Electra C4-11 .
