This is one of the most unusual scarf clips that I have ever owned. It is a very dramatic piece...it looks almost Victorian. I am guessing that this piece is actually a fur clip or a dress clip of some sort...though, it does have the clamp like a scarf clip and it is dramatic when worn with scarves.I have had this clip since the early 1980s.Features rhinestones...lots of them...and dangling chains...very much a festoon design.No hallmarksMeasures 2" round (the actual centerpiece) but the chains and rhinestones dangle from the top and it hangs down about 3".There are several photos.
