This little Schoenhut was built in the 1920's. It was sold as a kit and the child with some help was to put it together. I am sell another one of these in a separate listing. I think these two houses may have been used as demonstration houses. I am not sure the name of this house, there were 6 different models. It is about 4 1/2" tall. It is in good condition with great patina.
