Offered for your consideration is a superb vintage Schrade Old Timer 34OT "Middleman" stockman pocketknife. This is a tough, sturdy stockman that makes for an excellent carry knife. The stockman is a classic, "old-school" pattern that's always been very popular with collectors and users alike. The 34OT was a staple of Schrade's Old Timer line and it was in production from 1964 through their closure in 2004.Schrade closed its doors in 2004. The Schrade named is now owned by Taylor Knives and are now being made in China. The quality is certainly not what it was during the many decades that the Schrade name was synonymous with American quality. These knives have a full measure of the quality and performance that built the Schrade name.The knife shows no signs of having been used, carried, or sharpened and remains in perfect condition. It has not been cleaned or buffed and remains original. It comes in its original box with the paperwork and it even has the protective cardboard sleeve that goes over the box. They really don't come much nicer than this gem!This is a classic Schrade from their classic "Old Timer" line. It's a tight, solid folder with that special feel of quality that Schrade was known for. The carbon steel blades were crisply ground and they're completely free of corrosion or pitting with no staining, spotting, or discoloration.
