Up for auction is a Vintage SCHRADE OLD TIMER MINUTEMAN 1040T POCKET KNIFE, MADE U.S.A. THIS KNIFE IS NEW OLD STOCK FROM A HARDWARE STORE THAT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS. THE PLASTIC THAT YOU SEE ON THE TOP OF THE BOX IS W THE KNIFE HAS BEEN STORED INSIDE THE BOX, JUST TOOK IT OUT FOR THE PICTURE. ONE OF THE INSIDE LITTLE EARS OF THE BOX IS MISSING ON ONE END. ORIGINAL BOX, ORIGINAL PAPER WORK, KNIFE BLADE STAMPED SCHRADE, U.S.A., 1040T. BEAUTIFUL KNIFE, RIVETS BRASS, NICKEL SILVER NAME PLATE (OLD TIMER) IN CENTER. ON THE BOX IT SAYS- SHAVING SHARP HIGH CARBON CUTLERY STEEL BLADES, UNBREAKABLE SAWCUT STAGLON HANDLES, PROUDLY MADE IN THE U.S.A. THE SCHRADE KNIFE PLANT IN THE U.S.A. CLOSED IN 2004 SO IF YOU ARE A KNIFE COLLECTOR IS YOUR CHANCE TO GET A REAL COLLECTOR PIECE. THIS KNIFE WILL BE SHIPPED IN A BOX TO PROTECT THE ORIGINAL BOX.
