~Thanks for your interest in our auctions; please come again. ~COA (contractonlineauctions) warrantees and represents that the goods are as described and photographed in the above listing. COA lists items as accurate as possible and are not experts in all fields of items listed. It is the responsibility of the bidder to inspect the photos and ask questions before bidding. Inspect our feedback and bid with confidence; we do not sell reproductions or intentionally misrepresent our items, your item is guaranteed to be as described or you get your money back plus shipping.
Terms of the sale are listed below. Your bid indicates you agree to these terms. Attention: International Buyers please read special instructions at the end of this information.
Winning bidder pays shipping & insurance. If the shipping choices are not quoted as flat rates below then please use the shipping calculator below to figure your shipping cost.
Insurance is optional; sellers are responsible for getting the item to the customer in the same condition as advertised. You may have peace of mind; we package all items so that they do not get injured from normal shipping and handling. Postal Insurance is protection in case the USPS loses or damages the package, which has never happened to any package I have mailed. Insurance is based on the final bid so please wait for our invoice if the item is over fifty dollars in order to purchase insurance if desired.
We will send an eBay invoice to the auction winner with payment details with the option to purchase insurance. Because of an eBay computer glitch, when using flat rate shipping when listing items to sell in an auction format, sellers cannot offer insurance based on the final bid and so the box below says not offered.Payment is expected within 10 days after you receive an invoice from COA. If you plan to mail your payment, please tell us via email when we can expect it, please do not send cash. Payments: We prefer PayPal or United States Postal Money Orders, available at the post office. USA auction winners can mail a Business/Personal Check, Cashier Check or Money Order. T will be a wait after we deposit a business or personal check before we can ship the item. T may also be a short wait on unfamiliar Money Orders. If you use Paypal and want it shipped to a different address than what is registered please ask us and explain w it is we are sending your item. On expensive items, we may only be able to ship to confirmed address. International Buyers must pay via PayPal within 3 days of the end of auction. Shipping from the USA to foreign countries can be expensive. Tfore, it may be wise to check your shipping cost before you bid. Because of Customs and the long periods of time involved in International transactions, t are no returns for International Transactions; so ask questions before bidding. If the item is an antique (at least 100 years old), we will identify as such on the customs form and you should only get charged a much lower customs rate, please check your laws. Some items are not allowed to be shipped to some countries; please only bid on items one knows by law are permitted in that country. has restrictions listed for any country that they ship to. Contractonlineauctions uses USPS exclusively for all shipping. Thanks to all of our International customers; we appreciate your business!
