Vintage Scientific Mercury barometer in long case & thermometer This is a lovely instrument, but sadly there is a crack at the top of the glass (see photos) and when you tip it, mercury escapes I don't know if this is repairable ? Or of use to anyone, but because of it's mercury content it can't be posted So I'm willing to meet anyone within a fifty mile radius of Chester It's a shame to throw it away when someone might be able to fix or put it to some use
