Marked 1979, this bowl comes from New Orleans, Louisiana, home of the best seafood gumbo! 9 1/4" in diameter, 1 3/4" deep, this white porcelain ceramic bowl is decorated with colorful crabs, shrimp and oysters and includes the directions for making a fabulous seafood gumbo. Wonderful vintage bowl is in excellent condition. No chips or cracks, no loss of design. Only minor utensil marks collected during the bowls previous life as an actual seafood gumbo bowl! Still glossy and nice and ready for many more wonderful meals! A second bowl is available in a separate auction if you want two! Combined and reduced shipping with purchase of both!
