VINTAGE SET CAST IRON 50TH ANNIV ALAMO WORKS BOOKENDS This 50th Anniversary set of bookends made by the Alamo Iron Works foundry from San Antonio, Texas are in overall good condition, heavy and sturdy. These are marked on the front - THE ALAMO - SAN ANTONTIO, TEX - BUILT 1718, and feature the building with the star on top. On the backside it reads: 50th ANNIVERSARY 1878-1928 ALAMO IRON WORKS SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS. These bookends measure about 6 1/2" in length and are 1 3/4" wide. They stand about 4 1/4" Tall. All items are Fresh From an Estate. Some items will have a very Low Starting Price. I accept Pay Pal (will ship immediately) I also accept Money Orders, Cashiers Check, Personal Checks (but will ship only after check has cleared). The winning bidder to pay all shipping costs. I take a complete set of pictures of entire item to show all possible angles so that you the bidder will know the condition of the item you are bidding on. Bid with confidence. Most items are not cleaned due to the possible alteration of items integrity or value. All items are vintage or antique and are sold as is. Given the age and usage of the item, it may have minor signs of wear. However, any condition issue(s) that we believe detract from the item will be noted in description above. This item is vintage or antique so please do not expect new condition. Payments: The winning bidder is expected to remit payment within 10 days of auction end. If payment is not made within 10 days we will file a claim with ebay, which can negatively affect your feedback scores or even cause suspension of your account. Shipping : IMPORTANT! All international bidders must email me for estimated shipping costs far in advance of the auction closing. Do not wait until the last day to so. I will not be able to answer any emails about shipping on the last day of the auction because of EBay's policy that if t are less than 12 hours left it will not let me respond to your questions or concerns . Insurance is Required on all items. Please use shipping wizard before bidding, to see shipping/handling costs specific to your area. I use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Parcel Post Mail depending on the weight, and dimensions and delicateness of the item. Location is also a factor in deciding which to use. USPS Priority Mail for all International Any damage claims due to shipping will be filed through USPS. If this happens please contact us and we will send proof of insurance . I record all accurate contents and value on customs forms. International buyers must International bidders are responsible for all shipping and customs costs . I only combine shipping on smaller items or items that will not cause total shipping costs to go over original charged shipping costs. Larger combined items for shipping will need to be recalcuted because of increased size and weight and will result in higher shipping costs. Seperately shipped items that are going to same address may costs less.
