You are bidding on a Vintage AUTOMATIC Sears Sewing Machine Table Cabinet, that has a warm maple finish. (NOTE: Automatic means that when raising and lowering the top of the cabinet, the machine is also raised and lowered automatically in and out of the inside opening, due to a spring loaded mechanism inside the cabinet - SEE Photo #6 - it shows this mechanism.)This Sewing Machine Table Cabinet weighs approximately 29 lbs. Fully Open, it measures approximately 44" Length. When Closed, Overall Measurements are approximately: 22-1/4" Length x 18" Wide x 30-3/4" Height. The Inside Opening w the Sewing Machine is installed measures: 16-3/4" Length x 7-1/2" Wide x 9" Deep. The hardware/pins that the back of the machine slides into to install to the inside of the opening, when measuring from the LEFT side of the inside opening, are at the 3-1/2" & 13" Mark. The Model # on this Sears Sewing Machine Table Cabinet is:. T is a date stamped on this inside of the cabinet - 5-10-68. Although this is a Sears (Kenmore) table/cabinet - you should be able to install many other Flatbed Model Sewing Machines. You need to measure the bed/table/base (whatever you refer to it as) of your sewing machine, and see if the measurements work with the inside opening measurements I stated above. You will need to measure your machine to see if it will fit in the opening and match up with the hardware rods/pins (which when measuring from the left side of the opening are at 3-1/2" and 13"). Photo #5 shows the inside opening w the sewing machine is installed.This Sewing Machine Table Cabinet overall is in VERY GOOD condition. T are some nicks and scuff marks from normal use. Included with this table/cabinet: 1) the hardware/pins that are needed to install the machine, and 2) the spring loaded arm that the underside of the machine rests on that lifts it in and out of the opening automatically (See Photo # 6 for a close-up of this spring loaded arm) . This table/cabinet has a decorative brass handle on the front panel. This front panel does not open. T are metal caps on the bottom of each leg that have some wear, but still provide balance and stability to the table/cabinet, and make it easy to slide.The decorative brass handle, the simple leg design, and the warm maple finish, make this a charming table/cabinet. You can even use this piece as an end table or accent table.This table/cabinet does have the metal tag on the inside that states: "In all correspondence regarding this article always mention Model #, order replacement parts by mail or through any of our retail stores.
