Vintage Sheaffer Feather Touch, Green, Green in color to the body with a green and gold filled accents cap, condition of cap and barrel is very good with light wear through usage, but no visible brassing to the gold fill. The two tone nib writes with a fine line. The filling mechanism is Touchdown and fully operational. Unscrew the end, pull plunger back, insert nib in ink, push plunger down sharply and allow sac to re-inflate with ink. The manufacturers imprint on this pen is very clear and readable.These pens commonly cost $25 to service, this one is fully working, unlike those normally on sale on sites. See also the group photo of other pens I have on auction at the moment.I believe this pen to date from early the 1940's very collectable and equally usable, in which condition it will be supplied, gently polished preserving any makers marks. I wish you to enjoy this pen as much as I have, but to appreciate that it is a vintage and not new product. The price you will pay is also far below that which you would pay from a recognised dealer.
