Ideal 17" High quality vinyl c1958. Head marked: IDEAL DOLL/ST-17-1 and IDEAL DOLL/ST17 on back. She has open mouth with beautiful white teeth and red cupid lips. Her eyebrows are well defined with the right brow being just slightly lighter than the left. Her eyes are green hazel with black lashes. Rosy cheeks gives her a nice healthy glow. Shirley's has beautiful thick rooted hair in her famous ringlet hair style. I believe but not positive that her two piece plaid dress is original but it is not tagged.The under dress has a white top attached to the pleated plaid skirt. The white bodice is closed with buttons down the back. The plaid top is trimmed in white and has a pretty bow in front. There is a pocket on each side of the bow. Shirley's body is a heavy, high quality vinyl. Her hands are beautifully molded with no missing fingers. Looking very close and with a little magnification, there are little tiny spots on her right arm and on the back of her lower legs. These really are not noticeable on display. Shoes are vintage and are marked: Fairyland Toy Prod. #1/Made in USA. Her sock are rayon. Shipping: 12.75 which includes Delivery Confirmation.
