I inherited several different items from my father's estate a few years ago and I have finally decided to part with some of them. I will be liquidating many of the items (including a few hundred tobacco pipes) within the next few weeks. I have no idea as to the age/origin of the majority of the items, so I ask that all bidders please place your bid(s) accordingly. I must remind you that all items are being sold 'as is' with no guarantees implied or return privileges being offered. are three more older tobacco pipes from my father's vast collection. I'm listing these together, because they are all of similar size; i.e., I guess you could call them 'pocket' pipes? Two are made of briar, but one appears to be made from some sort of tree branch. The maker's markings on the top pipe (in the 1st and 3rd photos) are as follows: The left side of the shank is marked SHORT SNORTER and the right side of the shank is marked IMPORTED BRIAR | The pipe in the middle (of the 1st and 3rd photos) has a red and yellow sticker attached to the bottom of the bowl which reads: Buescher's World Famous PIPES U.S.A. | The pipe in the bottom of (the 1st and 3rd) photos is marked as follows: The top of the shank is marked Butz Choquin with the number 93 followed by the word Gentleman below the maker's name.
