This is a rare 1970s Sicura Instalite watch. In the United states they were often branded as Sutton watches as this one is. I believe this was for stores such as Sears who have their own brands and logos. The watch is very clean with only a couple of tiny marks on the case, the back is very clean with only a couple of marks on the battery covers. The movement winds and runs very well, and the original strap shows very little sign that it has ever been worn. The light does not,but these are very simple to repair. You can put in any 3volt (the watch uses 2x 1.5v batteries) light bulb of equivalent size and the only thing to remember is that the battery has to go positive side down on the button side and negative side down on the other side. This is marked on the battery covers. This is a splendid watch that is near mint condition so well worth the efoort to get the light glowing again. I am listing a large number of watches of various types,so please see my other items.
