This is a Vintage Signed Zia Pueblo Native American Pottery Bowl. The bowl was purchased as an estate item. The information we were given was it was purchased in the Southwest and that it was from the 1950s or earlier but we are not knowledgeable about Native American pieces and we do not have any independent verification of the accuracy of this information. Any additional information anyone would care to provide would, of course, be welcome. The bowl is signed as seen in the photos. It is in excellent condition with no cracks chips or crazing. The paint is also in great condition. T is a light space on the rim: however it looks as though it may have been made that way, as t is no roughness in that area. It has a great organic look and feel. The piece is 3 3/4" in height, and 7 1/4 " in diamter on the outside rim. The bowl is signed as seen in the bottom photo in the lower photo group below the listing. Please note that the colors as seen in the photos are fairly close but not exact. I will be glad to answer any questions you might have.
