This auction features A VINTAGE SILENT BUTLER - CRUMB CATCHER OF AN UNUSUAL DESIGN . It consists of 2 pieces -- a metal base/stand/crub tray and a mini whisk broom with a decorated handle. The antebellum lady on the handle is highly detailed. The ingenious design of this silent butler not only keeps both pieces together, but it also turns a utilitarian object into a decorative work of art. The back of the handle is marked "RD NO 735975". It stands a total of 9" tall and the tray is about 6 1/2" wide. It's in VERY GOOD CONDITION with nice patina Just a reminder -- Valentine's Day isn't far off and this charming item would make a fine gift for your mother or for that special someone.
