is a very nice old rare silhouette from the 1930s, it is titled " WINDY " (marked on back) Drawings by a well known artist and painted on the glass. this design pairs with " Pals " No. 2020 Series Patented May 16, 1933 Deltex Products Co. Brooklyn, N. Y. This seventy years plus vintage piece is in very good - excellent condition, it depicts a high society ( ARISTOCRAT ) lady in fancy fur coat, out in the city park walking her Scottie dog wearing a checked coat , when a gust of wind blows her hat off, city skyline of skyscrapers sketched in background. A wonderful piece for silhouette, Scotty dog, or windy city ( NEW YORK or CHICAGO ) collection. Please email any questions.
