VintageSilver plate and cobalt glass Cranberry or jam dish A very pretty jam dish in cobalt blue glass with a silver plated petal shaped under plate. This nice set was produced around the 1950's and still has the original makers label. I found it at a charity auction in London , England and have no idea how it remained unused for so long. Abraplate traded from 1870 but went out of business sometime in the 1960's when silver plate become unfashionable in the UK . In beautiful condition probably displayed only and never used.
