I found this spoon and a few others wrapped up some old fabric that I purchased at ane Estate Sale. I am not an expert in this area....so please ask questions and take a look at all the photos. This spoon is marked STERLING on the back, along with 3 other marks. The front of the spoon says TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS. The bottom part of the spoon is embossed with a mantle scene that includes stockings -- with a clock, candlestick, and booties on the top of the mantle. The Top front and Top back of the spoon show a chimney decorated with bells, holly and ivy. This spoon measures 4 1/2" long. As you can tell from the photos -- the spoon is in previously enjoyed condition. T is some natural "patina"/aging. I'll list a few of the other spoons that I found in this same box later tonight....so take a look, I will combine shipping. s/h to be $2.00 paypal or money order.
