Vintage Silverplate Cupid Cherub Figural Candle Holder

This auction is for a silver plate candle holder on a marble base. The figure holding up the candle resembles a Cupid with child's face and wings. It is good condition only needing a polish, base is a little worn due to handling and time. The piece measures approximately 6" wide x 6" deep x 13" tall.

In our buying travels we came across an old warehouse packed with many, many interesting items. Solid brass, bronze, silver over brass and more and was told the items were 15 to 20 years old (some might be older). Found for you many serving pieces as well as bookends, figurines, wine items and more. All the silver plate might need a polishing but the silver looks to be in great condition. Some items might have a slight blemish from sitting in storage for so long.

It is very hard to find this quality of item in metal today (due to the high cost of brass, copper and bronze). Today's new items are formed of cheap resin so get some quality of yesteryear.
