This vintage tidbit and bonbon set is mid century, circa late 1940's, silver plate. The columns have wonderful classic turnings and the sides are an intricate filigree pattern. Each piece is stamped with a mark that reads "Italy" below a shield containing P M (for silver plate) and a small chalice. Other marks in the shield are indiscernible. Being vintage pieces, they have some tarnish, a few spots of pitting, and a few minor dings. All of these imperfections need to be searched for and are not obvious. The 3 piece set would look spectacular if polished. Think ahead to your entertaining needs and put these beauties back to work!
