For sale is a beautiful vintage singer featherweight 221 sewing machine, serial #AH319329, manufactured in 1951,, according to the Singer website. All exterior parts were removed, everything cleaned and sanded, then primed and repainted with the color Yellow Squash, black waterslide decals added, then clearcoated and reassembled. I have used this machine and it sews well. I have installed a new belt, needle, light bulb, and replaced the felt in the bottom drip pan. The machine has been oiled and the gears lubricated. . The featherweight 221 is a very portable machine, weighing only 11 lbs, it is ideal for sewing and quilting classes, etc. Also, included is the foot controller and power cords, 1 bobbin and BOBBIN CASE, and a copy of the instruction manual. PLEASE REFER TO ALL PHOTOS, AS THEY ARE PART OF THE DESCRIPTION. I will pack well and I will insure for the purchase price of the machine. From a non-smoking household.
