We are offering for sale a Vintage Singer Featherweight Sewing Machine in it's case and accompanying vintage sewing table. A favorite of quilters today it is perfect as a reminder of grandma's days gone by or as a fine sewing machine to do quilts and crafts. It has the fancy Egyptian Scrollwork on the faceplate. These machines were made by Singer starting in 1933. It has it's original carrying case and the original portable wood sewing table. The machine fits snuggly and securely into the table, and offers a steady place from which to sew. The sewing machine is labeled "Singer Sewing Machine, Cat. 3-120, 110-120 volts, 0.4 amps, 25-75 cycles, A.C. & D.C.; The Singer Mfg. Co., Elizabethport NJ, Made in USA, 678-3A, AJ792949". This little machine has seen some use during it's lifetime, showing expected wear and tear. T are normal scratches on the finish of the machine as well as on the wood table from everday household and family use but no chips or gouges in either. All hinges on the table are intact and working well. T are no broken pieces on the machine or the table. T has been no attempt to refinish or touch up the machine or the table, we'd like to leave that to the next owner. One hinge on the sewing machine case is broken, the other is working fine and the finish on the case is well worn. The set also includes two original bobbins,
