You are bidding on a SINGER FEATHERWEIGHT Portable Electric Sewing Machine Model 221K, original carrying case, instruction manual and a box of Sewing Machine Attachments. Singer Serial #FY994707. This Model 221K was manufactured by The Singer Company in Great Britain in a white finish. It is in extremely fine condition and good working order. It is a highly sought after machine by collectors and professionals. The white enamel throughout the machine is in excellent, clean, well cared for condition with no chips. Face plate moves up and down freely for storage. The motor, light, and foot pedal are also very clean and in good working order. Original electrical cord looks good with no fraying. The original belt works but may need to be tightened. Paper label on front of machine states Singer Quality Tested Jan. 15 '86. The green storage case is in beautifully clean and well taken care of condition with some minor rust on lock and handle attachment. T are four marks at the bottom of the inside of the case w the feet of the machine rest. No rips, stains or any other damage. T is a key included in this auction but it may not be the original key. It turns but does not seem to lock the case. Instructional manual is clean and reads SINGER Featherweight Protable Electric Sewing Machine Model 221. Box with the attachments also looks new.
