VINTAGE SINGING BIRD MUSIC BOX in VERY NICE working condition We found this at an estate sale I had listed this music box a few months ago and when I went to test it it was not working-so I ended it I showed it to a friend-he worked on it a little bit and it is working now It needs a little fine tuning The bird pops up and sing-loud and clear-but only if the button is held during the playing-once you release the button-the automation stops Sometimes with you first wind it-the bird pops up-no movement until you tap it on the side. The inside is clean bellows are in excellent condition-clean and sturdy The music box plays beautifully-and the bird flutters and sings (mouth actually opens and closes) with the chirping-but it needs some work Bird is very colorful and appears to have enameling on it too The box is made of brass-that has been enameled-a little of the enamel has rubbed off in a few spots and the enameling is cracked on the box-so t are lines in the finish Inside movement is signed ESCHLE GERMANY-see pic SHIPPING for this ITEM--by zip code-use the shipping calculator at the bottom of the page-(insurance is extra)-I am not responsible for uninsured packages once they leave my hands PAYMENT- PAYPAL, MONEY ORDERS, and CASHIERS CHECKS -NO PERSONAL CHECKS !!
