Vintage Skipper Doll Outfit with dog #1929 "Dog Show" (1966) - Excellent!!!You are bidding on a Vintage Skipper Doll Outfit #1929 "Dog Show". The outfit comes with the white sleeveless blouse with pink Scottie dog, pink skirt with two pleats, white plush dog, red braid leash, and a box of dog food. Not included from the original outfit are the red flat shoes. This outfit was introduced in 1966.The outfit is in excellent condition!!! There are no rips or tears. The blouse will need to be washed to bring out the white color. The dress is beautiful, and the pink color is very bright. The snaps on the back of the blouse and skirt are intact and in great working order. The white dog is very clean, and still has the eyes, nose and tongue firmly attached. The leash is frayed a little on the end, but otherwise in great shape. The dog food box looks like it was crushed but has no tears or rips, and the colors have not faded. Overall this outfit and accessories are in great shape!My sister collected Barbie and Skipper dolls when she was a young girl, and took great care of the accessories. These items have been stored away for about 50 years now.This item is a great collectible and would make an excellent addition to someone's vintage doll and accessories collection!!
