Vintage Slingerland Radio King Bass Drum parts. 20 Lugs 10 t-rods and claws. You are bidding the parts I took off of a Slingerland Radio King 24” x 14” bass drum. Now before you yell at me, the shell has been warped, flattened, repainted and has several large extra holes punched into it. If you win the auction and want the shell, let me know and I’ll just charge you for the ADDITIONAL shipping. Remember, it has to go in a 24” x 24” box and shipping is not cheap. There was also a half moon bracket mounted to it as I think it sat on the mount too long and flattened a large spot on the shell. The shell has a painted over cloud badge which looks to be between 1920s and 1947. I can cut that out of the shell and add for no extra charge if you want it. So here is what you are actually bidding on. The lugs are the beavertail type and there are 20 of them total. All still have the screws on the back with one screw having a star washer and one having the larger washer that reads “Slingerland, Chicago Ill, USA”. They still all have the felt that surrounds the spring. I know people who restore these like to bring them back to life so I left them as I found them. I have 10 sets of T-rods and claws and one bass drum spur mount with a spike. As I mentioned before, let me know if you want the roached shell or badge and you pay the extra shipping. read more
