We are offering for auction this vintage Smith & Wesson folding Hunter Knife, Model 6060. Corrosion resistant nickel silver bolsters are carefully silver soldered to the brass liners and the Wessonwood handles are locked to the liners with nickel silver rivets. The full size 3 ½ inch hunter blade is of dropped point design with flat spine for full working support down to the tip. Notched tang locks blade open. Blade has soft folding action for safety, with kick design that prevents blade edge from striking spring when closing. Derlin blade cushion provides additional protection for blade edge. One piece stainless steel spring and locking bar. Overall length open is 8 inches. Comes with hard leather case with snap closure on front and snap closure for attachment to belt. Comes in original Smith & Wesson box with model number on side of box. This is a collector's knife - never sharpened or carried. In new condition. A great addition to your knife collection!
