Vintage Snap-On Midget M-70-M 1/4 Ratchet Wrench

Offered for auction with no reserve is a older vintage Snap-On 1/4 ratchet wrench. Marked "SNAP/ON MIDGET M-70-M" I believe this was a military issue, but am not positive. The metal has darkened but is in good condition. Gears work fine.
