It only says Tool No. TR-20 and USA but in doing some research I found this is a snap on thread chaser device, apparently cuts threads of pipe from 3/4" to almost 6 inches. I have no idea how it works, never seen one before, but it seems to be in good condition. Weighs 4.5 pounds, 16 inches long. Should fit in the flat rate medium priority box. I will insure the shipment.
